Jenny and Brian could not travel to London prior to their move to visit properties and sign their lease.
How we helped
Having worked closely (and remotely) with Jenny and Brian to understand their requirements – budget, location, size, property type, outside space – we set out to identify properties in neighbourhoods that would suit them.
We emailed Jenny and Brian comprehensive information about each selected property, including a detailed video enabling them to get a precise, virtual view of each apartment. We also gave them our assessment of each property, based on our experience of the London property market.
Once they set their heart on one of the apartments, we conducted the entire lease negotiation on their behalf. The paperwork, including reference checks, was completed remotely, with Jenny and Brian signing their lease from the comfort of their own sofa!
