Our philosophy for diversity
As a company, but mainly as a group of people, we believe in diversity as a way to improve society, but also to enrich each of the company’s employees and partners.
Being based in London, one of the most diverse cities in the world, we are lucky to be working with a diverse customer base from around the world and our team reflects this; we recruit without any discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or educational background.
Our diversity actions
We are taking the following actions and are always looking at ways in which we can improve this further:
- Publication of a Diversity and Inclusion policy on our website
- Diversity and Inclusivity training for all employees, including training on LGBT+ inclusivity.
- Zero tolerance for discrimination or prejudice based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or educational background and clear formal channels with which to raise any grievances with regard to this
- Flexibility to allow employees to pursue activities that support and boost their physical and mental well-being including: spending time with their families, medical appointments; counselling, sports, arts, etc.
