She organised all the viewings for me and handled the communication with agencies, which made the entire experience much less stressful. I really appreciated how responsive she was — always available via WhatsApp, email, or calls, and happy to answer all my questions.Even when the situation became more complex due to issues with the agency and the tenancy agreement, I could see that Aulona genuinely worked hard to support me and advocate on my behalf. Overall, the process was smooth, well managed, and reassuring.Thank you to Simply London and especially to Aulona for making my move to London so much easier.

  The good: It's a service where you have clarity on the steps to do when moving to london. You have to perform most of them of course like setting up you bank account, getting a new phone number etc but it is nice to have them check … More if you're not missing anything. Once you have selected a property, they review the contract with you and help you find the page where you have to submit your council tax. In general what I appreciated the most is the good spirits and willingness to answer my emails, which I have found is rare here in UK and the emails with all the relevant URLs -- that saved me a bunch of time. Strong follow-up skills.Recommendations to remain relevant in the new AI market: Give people a specific heads-up in terms of "hey, now with AI the owners are posting retouched images so requesting a video before the actual viewing is recommended". It would have been nice as I wasted so so much time going to places that didn't look like the pictures.Another recommendation is to do a bit of more background check so you can catch things like if the person has had a wise or revolut account in another country in the past it might be an issue as they won't be able to switch to a UK account right away -- that sort of thing.

  I can only describe Simply London as a miracle find for me and my family. We needed to relocate to London within a short timeframe (about 4 months) identify suitable accommodation, and schooling and get ourselves properly established before … More the beginning of the 2025 academic year. Julie was very reassuring!! She said everything would be alright, just "Trust the process!" She was 100% right. Everything transitioned seamlessly and fell into place right on time. I cannot overstate the tireless work she did in the back end, with extreme attention to detail to ensure my 7-year-old twins were accepted into the school of our choice, and to make sure our gas, electricity, water, broadband were all switched on long before we even set a foot in London! Not to mention my UK phone service, bank account, council tax and TV licence registration ....even pre-registration with our GP and confirmation of my right to vote in the next election!! All were expertly managed with genuine warmth, reassuring calls and often a touch of humor. An absolute Godsend!! Would recommend a million times over!!
